Browsing the Website:
The product category links across the top of the page allow you to browse items within each product subcategory
Search for Products:
The search field lets you look up Products by item numbers and item keywords/descriptions.
The search bar provides real-time, dynamic results to help you quickly find products.
From the search results, You can add products to your cart by entering a quantity and pressing the 'Add to Cart' button.
Adding Items to Shopping Cart:
Order Pad
By clicking the 'Order Pad' icon, you can enter several item numbers to add them to your cart.
Items placed in your cart will be saved automatically until you either submit the order or remove them. You can access your cart anytime by clicking on 'My Cart'.
Creating Shopping List:
To make a shopping list, enter the item number or description in the search bar located at the top of the screen and press the 'Search' button, or select the product from your item history. Once the item is displayed, click on the image to access the product detail page. On the product detail page, enter a quantity of 1 and click 'Add to Cart'
When you have all the items in the cart, type the name of your shopping list then click the 'Save' button. The shopping list will then appear on the sidebar.
Enter Shopping List Name and Comment, and Click Create.
Once in your Shopping list, you can perform a variety of activities: add more items to the shopping list, delete the entire list or just a few items, and select items to move them to the Cart from the shopping list.
Placing an Order:
When you're prepared to finalize your purchase, go to your cart and press the 'Checkout' button on the shopping cart page. This is your final chance to modify the order before selecting 'Submit Order'.
Billing & Shipping Information:
Please provide your information and purchase order number here, then click 'Submit Order'.
Order Confirmation:
After submitting the order, an order confirmation is shown. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from ab_websales@trimarkusa.com. To modify/cancel an order once submitted, you will need to contact your salesperson or Customer Service at _AB_HelpDeskCustomerService@Trimarkusa.com or 301-276-2000.
Logging Out:
Once you have completed your order, you can log out by selecting the 'Log Out' option located under the My Account icon.
